This March we’re excited to share that we have a series of modular spaces in our vibrant STUDIO co-working space AND offices as part of our CONCEPT complex.

This made to measure area has been carved out on the ground floor of the former 90s document storage facility to create a collection of modern office pods. Through one door you’ll be immersed in the exposed pipe work, retro lino floor tiles and transported back to a time where the flutter of paperwork and filing cabinets meant big business! And then, before you can say ‘floppy disk’, you’re back through the other door and into the future with CONCEPT, the stripped back contemporary office space.
Our CONCEPT office space is carefully designed to cater for everything a growing business might need to spread their wings and take off this quarter. Situated close to Bristol’s Cabot Circus and a trot to the vibrant artists quarter of Stokes Croft, staff can also enjoy the social element by becoming part of the wider DOCUMENT family which holds everything from indie clothing labels, a Muay Thai gym to a 3,000 capacity event space and bar.

For entrepreneurs, and those who fly solo we offer a selection of competitively priced co-working desks as part of STUDIO. The co-working space is made up of some of Bristol’s brightest creatives and hobbyists. There’s the opportunity to network and collaborate in the chillout areas, plus take advantage of socials and meet-ups.
On offer at the moment we have areas that range from 50 to 100 sq ft. With STUDIO membership your access includes a kitchen, meeting room bookings and space to workshop your ideas and projects.
