A creative hub, venue, and art space set in a former document storage facility based in the heart of Bristol

DOCUMENT sees the team behind Motion and Marble Factory continue their passion for building underground communities and scenes in former industrial spaces. Steadily gaining traction since 2019 with artists moving into the space the team carefully curated the space to make it both accessible and affordable for locals and Bristol’s creative scene.

Breathing life into the former 90s document storage facility, its rebirth as DOCUMENT is a five-part jigsaw that consists of FACILITY, RECORD, GALLERY, CONCEPT, and STUDIO is like nothing else on offer in Bristol. All parts of the building present a unique offering to creative freelancers, entrepreneurs, and locals through the opportunity to access, grow, and become part of Bristol’s vibrant creative community, right in the heart of St Jude’s.
